My mom and I were looking at 2 charms that were on sale. I told the salesperson that was helping my mom that I also wanted one of the charms my mom had purchased. However, there must have not been adequate communication between my salesperson and my mom's salesperson because my salesperson did not ring me up for the charm that I wanted along with the rest of my purchases. The mistake was also on my behalf because I should have made sure that my salesperson understood that I wanted the charm. But I took for granted that because she was standing there that she understood. I should have checked my purchase before I left the store. I live 30 minutes away from the store and did not feel like turning around and going back.

There was not a sale going on at the time. I bought three items and paid well over 100 dollars and I felt that some type of offer could have been made.

They were great need more stock- but of course they were out due to re-opening after Covid

I wasn’t highly satisfied, because some of the prices were a little pricey, and I also feel Pandora should offer discounts for the amount of money people spend in the store or online.

The store is too small for the number of people that shop there. It was very crowded and very noise. There wasn't enough room for the workers. d
