I lost a ring my daughter gave me and I was able to get the exact one!

The store is exceptionally small. The items were not in stock that I was looking for.

The line to get in was a turn off however understandable due to covid. The associate was nice but kind of seemed like she was just pushing a sale.

When it was my turn to be help the representative just told me to hold on for a little bit because she had to go wash your hands and she never returned

Though knowledgeable... there is one slightly pushy lady that works there. Sometimes I feel like she doesn't listen.

The associates never like to clean your bracelets... when you ask...the response is the same!! Our cleaning station is closed...and my response to that was...it’s ALWAYS CLOSED!!! Ridiculous!!

Sales associate didn't really recommend anything. I was looking for a specific charm but she didn't act as if she was in a great mood. I felt rushed to make a decision.

Selection of merchandise was about the same as the last visit.

I was not satisfied because of the inventory.
