It’s a smaller store with not a lot to choose from!

I felt like the employee was very pushy for me to buy more than what I was looking for. Everything else was fine.

Mikeshanel was a great.

Representative had an attitude at first. Then she became helpful. She wasn't listening at first.

I live in a predominantly military town and the store would not accept my husband’s ID because he was not present. American Eagle, Bath/Body, PINK, & Victoria Secret all accepted his military ID. My husband is unable to go shopping with us when we go, which is a rare occasion for me and my daughter. Highly dissatisfied with the lack of respect given to us for his service. My license matches his ID….same last name and address. Thank you.

Always could be better. Actually this is my second purchase in this store and I’m happy with the service. But always could be better.

Agent seem to have a bit of attitude when helping me. She made it seem like I was just a broke person looking around.

Because the sales associate didn’t give me 100 percent of customer service. She didn’t look at me as I asked questions. She was acting like a robot, like she has done it a million times ( and she probably has) , but I still wanted a softer approach.

There was no sales. Or coupons available. After spending so much money in store a deal would have been nice

Because is clim and very nice attention during the stay at the store, I love pandora
