I was not highly satisfied because I had to wait in line and the store is small. I did not have a lot of room to move around or to look at merchandise because it was crowded. I also would like to see more variety in charm choices.

I went back to the store to give back and item that was mistakenly placed in my bag and the employee seemed upset because I asked for a manager.

I was making a purchase of 4 charms which would have included a free bangle due to the dollar amount. When I spoke with the associate she stated that the sale had ended the day prior however there was a sign in one of the display cases, I pointed that out to the associate and she stated that it was still over. I asked to speak to the manager, she was assisting another customer and ask for a moment and had the associate to remove the sign from the display. Once she was able to assist me she again stated the the promotion had ended the day prior and that it was stated on the sign, she ask if I would like to see the sign and I said yes. She then went to the office and returned with a bangle and stated that she did not think there were any left and since there were she would honor the promo. As I look on my phone I see that the promo had been extended. As I get ready to pay I now see that I only have 3 or the 4 charms that I requested and I pay for the 3 and leave as I am now not that happy. Customer service for me that day was not the best.

Packaging has changed. No tissue paper. Should have holiday themed packaging. Sales associate was very nice but could be more cheerful (I say that lightly, she was pleasant considering her circumstances)

Spent too much time waiting for pricing. Samples should be tagged with price. Categorizing beads would help in looking for what one wants.

Nothing was wrong I was satisfied with the service, friendly people willing to make a sale and was knowledgeable about the product they were selling
