We first got there they had a fairly long line. Within several minutes I had a worker ask was I there to pick up an order which I was she quickly got my pick up order. With in 5 min I had my pick up order and we were inside to shop. We quickly got what we were looking. And answered any questions we had and made sure we were happy with what we got. Overall it was a great experience

I had a $10. Coupon but she forgot to ring it. She ask if I could wait and use it the next time. We my family of girls all have pandora Jewery so get this we are all military and was never told or ask to get the extra discount:(

The manager took care of us and did not give us our military discount. It was on the return receipt and she did not take it off the new purchase. I didn't think I had to tell her because it was on the first receipt!

I did not experience any problems. I was satisfied with my experience. I would like to have seen more variety.
