Pandora Jewelry

Overall decent experience. The associate seemed willing to help but limited. I didn't know what I was looking for but was only able to browse what was on display and the surface jewelry. It was like if I wasn't sure what I wanted I wanted to look at then I could only look at the visible jewelry trays. Prior experiences I've been shown random things and varying trays, which I prefer. Felt very limited, although I did make a purchase.

No special deals, the Slsprsn was very nice.

At a moment I did feel like I was being rushed on my decision for what items I wanted to buy. I got my rings cleaned that I had already and I do believe they could of been cleaned a little bit more.

The sales associate was not a friendly as I am use to in this particular store. She seemed distracted and just over being at work for the day. Usually, the sales associates at this store are friendly and inviting. This sales associate was not and that is surprising because she was a sales lead.

Manager constantly cut us off while we were trying to speak

Because Ahmani my salesperson helped all she could in encouraging me on my purchased. I would buy from her again. She took her time and had patience with me.

I’ve been in the store several times and experienced wonderful customer service…yesterday it was as warm and welcoming as before.

My experience was great wish I would of look around

Feeling like I was rushed , didn't have a chance to look around for the pieces i wanted and feel like the associate was not very knowledgeable about the products
