There wasn't but 2 workers. And I had to wait for about 15 mins while I walked around there are lots of items showing but would like to be able see more charms than what's displayed

I believe I rushed my order. Next time I will bring the bracelet to see how the new edition looks (although the Associate pulled the info up on a pad, just does not give me the full view of how it would look).

Well, you did not do anything spectacular I went to the store because my wife likes your items. If it weren't for her, I would not be in the store. The sales associate did what she was supposed to do. If you had given me something free, that might have been the deal breaker.

I was not highly satisfied because the sales associate didn’t seem to enjoy her job and that truly makes a world of difference. She wasn’t rude or anything but just had no personality. Also I found out by coming to the website you do first responder discounts it would have been nice if the sales person would have talked to us and informed us as we were checking out! Now I have to drive an hour back to get said discount!

I wish that the sales associate would show several items instead of pulling out one item at a time. I probably would have purchased more if I could have seen more of the inventory. Let me shop for the purchase.
