The price charged was different then shown The merchandise was smaller than expected The merchandise does not fit my bracelet

There was somewhat of a wait because they were short staffed.

I love the Pandora jewelry and the available associates are very friendly. I wish Pandora had more salespeople on the floor to help customers. The waiting time and line was too long.

We went there for specific products which they did have. The way they store is set up we were not able to see more like i would’ve liked. I don’t like how small the space is. With 2 kids i feel very crowded i wish the space was a little larger to not feel like we’re fighting for space with other customers inside shopping

When walking in we weren’t greeted by any associates in the store. After the associate finished helping another customer she still did not greet us. Following that about three to four associates came from the back and still no one came to greet nor help us.

My experience was not bad by any means, I simply feels nothing and no one is perfect, there is always room for improvement and by giving a highly satisfied that would be a perfect score but all the employees were very friendly and accommodating.

Sales woman kept looking everywhere, was always checking the clock and was like in a hurry state. I wanted to see more options but sales woman was rushing me
