I'm always greeted when I walk in the door. I always find what I'm looking for. The sales associates are well aware of the inventory.

Kristina had patience when i was trying to decide on my selection. Friendly associates and they remember you when you come back for more purchases. I was showed different ways to add the charms i purchased and the future ones i plan to complete my bracelet setup.

I love pandora.

The staff was very friendly , I had a problem with my bracelet , that couldn't be immediately fixed so staff / management accommodated me , I'm very grateful and cleaned my other Pandora merchandise as well

The sales associate was very knowledgeable about the merchandise. She was very helpful in assisting me with my decision. I left the store feeling good about my purchase.

I have no complaints. I got what I asked for and then some. I truly appreciate the warranty that comes with purchasing any item from pandora. If I was dissatisfied with my experience at pandora, it would be due to the overly crowded population in Pandora or workers following me around the store as if I a going to steal something or waiting to ask them a question.
