I had gone to the store 2 weeks prior and pick a bracelet and charms out for my 25th anniversary. The store held the merchandise for for that duration. When I got there I was in and out in about 20 minutes which during this time of year is exceptionally quick.

Everyone were very attentive and eager to assist. They made me feel special and when mentioned a problem with a previous purchase the manager went over and beyond to fix it.

April was amazing. She was friendly, knowledgeable and kind. She was engaging. Allowed me to try on different pieces and gave me many alternatives to styling the bracelets. She made me comfortable and didn’t rush me.

The salesgirl helped me with three different ideas I had in mind for Christmas and didn't seem to mind at all even when I told her I'd have to think about it. Nina is a very sweet and likable sales associate.

I came in with a particular purchase in mind. The Fayetteville, NC. store had what I was looking for and I bought another as a gift. The staff wrapped my purchases and even did an additional recommendation sale that will prove to be well used as well as appreciated. I made this Friday purchase on or about the 17th of Nov.

It was unfortunate that I was told false information in one location. I really went into the local store with intentions of picking up a sale and it wasn’t at all what the previous location said it would be. But they still treated me well and explained the situation well.

As soon as i walked in i was greeted and asked if i was looking for anything in particular. The customer service was excellent.

Excellent and friendly service. Appreciated the Veterans Day discount!
