I loved how they got me and out as quickly as I wanted to be.

My husband bought me the big teardrop ring along with 2 bands. Our sales associate was awesome. She was very nice and helpful. I well definitely buy from Pandora again.

The sales clerk was nice. She was helpful with the return and very patient.

I was greeted with a warm welcome when entering the store. I was assisted with my new bracelet and charms from start to finish. This was my first time purchasing and it definitely will not be my last.

The Fayetteville, NC store was easily accessible, very clean and neat. The ladies working in the store were very friendly and helpful. They were patient as I am hard to make up my mind what I want. I was very impressed and will return to purchase more Pandora products.

Michelle knew exactly what charms would go together and was very eager to help and was very patient.

The staff is always friendly and extremely helpfull in locating the pieces i am looking for. The store is also bright and clean wish makes shopping enjoyable. This is my go to when i need something special for family and friends.

I was given a Pandora bracelet for Christmas which was purchased at McNeill Jewelers in Lumberton, NC. They would not allow me to exchange for a smaller size bracelet due to it being past 30 days which this policy is not noted on any receipt. They didn't offer any type of suggestions (e.g., go to a Pandora store for exchange, etc.). I contacted this Pandora store and they were very gracious and offered to exchange. It would have been nice if McNeill Jewelers would have at least suggested I go to Pandora directly but unfortunately I was met with an extremely cold and unprofessional sales representative there. I love Pandora products and will only purchase directly from the store. I would not recommend McNeill Jewelers.

The lined moved very quickly despite me having to sign in. Every sales associate was busy helping people or being active in the store. Everyone was very friendly and my sales associate was very patient because I had her pull a few things for me to decide what I liked best.
