I walked right in with no waiting and a sales associate greated me immediately. The associate was pleasant and knowledgeable.

As soon as I entered the store Jessica approached me and was able to tell me right away that the charm I wanted was in stock without having to check first. I was really happy because I visited other stores and was told the closest store with that charm was in another state 6 hours away.. I was told she would order it for me but I guess she didn't because I never heard from her again even though she took my information..
