The necklace I was looking for was out of stock online and I went to store to see if the had it by any chance. The lady that attended me was courteous and nice. She had said she didn’t think they had it but she could show me other merchandise similar to it. While she was looking for it, she found the necklace that i was originally looking for. She shared the same excitement as me, she had excellent customer service skills. Very satisfied with my experience with pandora.

The sales associate was very, friendly,knowledgable, and helpful. This was my first pandora purchase and I knew very little about the product. My purchase was a gift for my goddaughter's mother, who also is my sister. The associate was very patient with me and was able to help me select the perfect bracelet and charm. My sister and niece( goddaughter) were both pleased.

The sales associate was very helpful. I was the next customer to be waited on and had received a phone call from the office. When I returned, she was kind enough to take me when she finished with her other customer. She also had great suggestions on the charms I was inquired about. It was great because we happened to visit on Military Discount day.
