The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The associate had no problem helping me find what I would like. Overall, I was very satisfied with this store and company, this being my first purchase with Pandora.

You sales associate found the correct style and size bracelet for my future daughter-in-law to attach her Disney Engagement Charm in a matter of a few minutes. She then explained its special needs to prevent it from being broken and the future need of a safety clasps. As my purchase was being completed, she found I had earned a reward as assisted us in finding the perfect pair of earrings. This made the day of finding her wedding dress one of the best days ever.
