I went there to exchange a bracelet that kept breaking and breaking. I told the associate if I could get another bracelet within that price range because this was the second time that said bracelet broke. I got the okay and I was completely satisfied with the bracelet I have now. As well as got a new charm that wasn’t bad for the price and she even cleaned my bracelet and my cousins that I had been wearing that day. I wish I knew her name, but she was so sweet and very generous.

The knowledge of the associates this was my first visit and my first bracelet I loved it

The associate took the time to look up my previous purchases to help me with my selection, since I have three friends that I buy gifts for , so I wouldn't buy duplicates, which was awesome. I'm not a bracelet person ,I love rings ,so she took the time to show me the ring selection in which i loved. I will be making a wish list ,I have a birthday coming up and holidays shopping is coming soon .
