came in to returned a Valentine piece I received and ended up with other pieces that I fell in love with thanks to my sale associated suggestions.

I was highly satisfied with my visit because of the quality of service, as well as, the salesperson that helped me with my purchase.

Rosalie B. was my sales associate. She was extremely patient with my requests to see various jewelry and layed it out in front of me so that I could see it for myself. She was knowledgeable about the various items and knew exactly where to find them. She cleaned each piece of jewelry that I purchased and put it in a nice carry out Pandora Bag. Thank You So Much Rosalie !!!

Melissa was wonderful to work with. Very open and a great people person. She has a very outstanding designing eye for your merchandise. Should be in some management program.

I came into the store for the first time. And I really didn’t have an idea of what I wanted. But team member greeted me and gave me different selection of things to choose from.

This transaction went good. It would have been great but some stores don’t carry certain charms like those that represent different countries like Japan. I just got back from Japan and would like to have bought that charm when I made this purchase.

Associates are always willing to assist with selections. They seem to anticipate my needs to compliment previous purchases.
