I was able to go to Pandora explain what I was looking for to the sales associate. She then was to show me what I had described to her. The service was quick and easy.

I went to this store to get a charm for my 8-year old niece. The store was hard to find, apparently it’s going into a new location in the Cross Creek Mall in Fayetteville, but once I found it I was extremely happy with the store, the selections, and the service. My niece changed her mind after she’d already put on a charm, but the salesgirl was very gracious in changing it out and accommodating my niece’s whims. Thanks for making it such a pleasurable experience.

Sale ladies were friendly. They were knowledgeable of the merchandise. They seem to hp one another with no problems.

Melissa was a great knowledgeable associate. She was very friendly and nice. She helped me do an exchange and went out of her way to help me find something I couldn't find online. Unfortunately it was a summer 2017 and was sold out. She did offer me another but I didn't personally like it for my color scheme on my bracelet. She was amazing!

It's been years since I've asked why this company doesn't give military discount. Fortunately, for me that question has been answered. As a retired Army Veteran, serving honorably for 23 years, it is wonderful that this company has finally changed it's policy. We really appreciate this!
