I love Pandora items. It's exquisite, unique and comes in different colors. It's style is different like me, that's why I love a sale rep that is knowledgeable about the items to help me pick out the best jewelry for me because I love them all.

The service was very friendly, I payed for a bracelet, a charm, and exchanged my sisters necklace because it was broken. The lady was very nice, friendly, and informative about everything. I live in the United States and went on vacation in Europe and I was wondering about the warrantee especially since it came from another country, she said it still has a warrantee as long as I can prove it’s not a year old or older, and she was extremely helpful. Sadly I did not get her name, but she was very personal about her job.
