Michelle was really nice and helped me right away. She moved some of my charms around so it would be even and put my new charm in. The other associate was really nice and greeted me once entering even though she was already assisting another customer.

The layout of the store was very welcoming and the customer service was excellent.

The display cases were stunning. I usually shop online but I must make the trip for the complete Pandora experience!
