Michele created a wonderful experience for me and didn’t make me feel rushed. I came in with a previously purchased cable bracelet and some really random charms. She was very knowledgeable about product availability and product selection and created a wonderful bracelet for me. I will be returning for another bangle as she suggested I take pictures of what we chose together. She pretty much already helped me decide which charms I’ll be adding to the new one when I return.

The sales person for this return was very helpful and patient with my wife. She took the time to help her find a bracelet that she was able to open and close with her arthritis. My wife was so happy when she left the store with her new bracelet.

The Sales Associate was extremely friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my credit card and she called the company and the issue was eventually resolved.

The sales associate knew exactly where the products I was looking for were located. She also gave great advice for birthday gifts. When I ask to see other themed items she knew exactly where to go and made excellent suggestions.

The sales associate, I believe her name was Michelle, she was amazing. She was very patient with me and didn’t mind all the questions I was asking. I’m glad I was giving the pleasure of her helping me.
