Savannah is great. But I was misinformed about cleaning my charm by an associate . Was told it would be tumbled because glass was scratch resistant. Came back two days later to find it could not be tumbled and nothing was done. And I had purchased this piece from this store only months earlier and it was tarnishing. If it could not be tumbled and nothing done, I could have been called and picked up early, but changed my schedule based on what I was told.

Friendly and knowledgable service. The selection of jewelry was amazing. Love how they have your previous items purchased, since i have a hard time remenbering which charms ive purchased. Love that i can bring my jewelry back and they clean it for free.
