Soon as I opened the door to enter the store I was greeted by Luca. He asked me if there was something special I was looking for and I answered yes, I was looking for spacers and he started pulling them out different sizes and styles, he looked at my pass purchases to see what I was looking for. He provided me with a book to take home to my niece so that she could look at the star wars charms, she is looking for all of them for her birthday. He was patient helping finding the charm I had seen on line the night before which is what brought me to the store.

The sales associate Anaya C. Was very helpful kept a friendly conversation with me and my family since the moment I walked into the door. She knew exactly what items I was asking her for and helped me choose as well to make sure the charms complimented each other which I highly appreciated.

I came in for a Mother’s Day gift and Greg, the manager helped me select my charms and bracelet. He was so patient as he listened to why I wanted the bracelet and what I wanted it to represent. He helped me find the perfect Mother’s Day gift! He was so professional yet caring about the significance of the bracelet for me. Thank you Pandora for hiring such conscientious and compassionate people.
