The sales associate at the store in Geairgetown, (DC) is helpful, warm, compassionate and knowledgeable. I loved working with her to choose the most special gifts for my little girls. Purchases at Pandora are often at the edge of our budget so they are not something we take lightly or make on a whim. I felt like the employees at this location treat us with care and warmth.

Eventhough my ring was out of warranty, the young man was helpful in choosing another ring. We purchased a replacement ring while we were there and the sales associate told us about the Pandora Preferred program. We signed up for the program!

The associate was very friendly, fun to work with, he spent over 30 minutes explaining how to style the bracelets, tried on different sizes of bracelets on my and reordered my charms. He was extremely patient and kind.
