The customer service was great. The sales person was very knowledgeable on the selections. The sales associates are great.

The sales person elevated the buying experience for me. She not only treated me with personalized care, the way she handled the merchandise made it feel like I was buying diamonds instead of charms. The store had a relaxing atmosphere and a wonderful selection.

All of the sales associates were so friendly and polite. They were all very helpful. Also I would not go back because I’m only visiting DC, and I don’t buy jewelry every 90 days anyway. I only go to any pandora periodically, but mainly for the city charms.

Sales Associate was very friendly

When I first walked in the store I was greeted by Yulisa, welcoming to the store. She asked if I was just looking or picking up. I stated both. I received my on line offer. I ask about getting another bracelet and she started to ask me what I was looking for. She begin showing different styles and how they were made. I tried on several and pick one.

The associate was super friendly. She made suggestions when I told her what I wanted. The other associates where also very cordial and complimentary. It was a quick and easy visit.

Greg was and is always phenomenal. I shop at this location very often and every time Greg goes above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. He and staff entertain my jokes on myself being a VIP customer and deserve red carpet treatment, since I do shop there often. They always have what I’m looking for and Greg always making suggestions to my purchase. I always fall for because I’ll buy his suggestion, which in turns make my bracelet looks even more better than what I was thinking. Very clean and fully stocked location: I have never experienced being told “no, we don’t have…” hopefully you share this feedback with the store in Georgetown in Washington, DC. They’ll know exactly who I am! Lol

The sales associate's were very friendly and were extremely helpful. I was not expecting to buy anything but with the help of an employee, I bought a ring I like very much. So happy with my experience at this store.

The sales associate Samantha was very friendly. She answered all my questions and helped me find the best charms for my bracelet. She also helped size me so I know my size for next time. :)

I love my associate Jailah. She helped my pick out my bracelet and helped me design one perfect to my liking. Next time I'm in D.C I will definitely come back to this store and the GM was amazing also.
