The 2 ladies who assisted me were super nice the other 2 girls smiled and greeted as well Victory was my girl and helped me pick my bracelets out for my grand

Service was very good. The saleswoman was knowledgeable about the product and provided options to select from. She was nice, patient, and kind. I also liked hearing from the Manager about the symbolism of putting together a Pandora bracelet re: creating a personal story.

The staff at this location is amazing. I called around to different location all morning and this is the only location to answer. I drove in and the staff was amazing handling my issue with care. I will be shopping here rather than online or any other location. Thank you to the Georgetown team!

I was with my son who picked out a charm for me and the associate was so sweet and helpful and kind. The store was bright and spotless and we had such a great time. This charm will be forever special to me because of the whole experience.

I went into the store on Black Friday I expected the store to be busy. When I went in I was instantly greeted. I looked around for what I wanted but I came with my ideal bracelet already picked out. Jailah helped me pick some recommended some charms that she felt I would like which I did so I brought them.
