Good attention and help with the products to decide my Mother's Day purchase

The store ladies were amazing. So kind. So knowledgeable and had great attitudes. It was busy but they got everyone taken care of. I will absolutely be back

My associate was Cindy. She was very patient with me. We developed a bond as we are both widows. She showed me some charms that reminded me of my husband, we were married 42 years. I kept apologizing I knew the store was closed and they wanted to go home. I was indecisive. I purchased 5 charms that were spiritual to me. I am so pleased with my purchase and free bracelet. I told Cindy I would be back to see her next week. God bless Cindy, she’s an angel.

Gabrielle was knowledgeable and helpful. She also was very pleasant to talk to while being checked out for our purchase. Highly recommend her!

Jill, Jill, Jill! She was so helpful and just about the nicest person you ever want to meet. Cathy was a darling as well. We go into these shops to spend our hard earned money. Having associates there that are knowledgeable and courteous makes it easier to part with those dollars!

The sales associate was very willing to help. She took her time with me and did not make me feel rushed. She was very friendly as well.

I was doing an exchange from an online order and its was smooth easy transaction. Sales rep was very helpful.

Breah was really helpful and kind. When my friend was looking for a specific charm she looked EVERYWHERE for it. When she didn’t find it she looked for it at other stores. I was getting my first bracelet and I never got my 10% off coupon from signing up on the website and when I called customer service they tried to get it done and they tried two different emails and it never reached me despite spending a long time on the phone and 4 tries to send to two different emails. She trusted me and talked with her manager and got my 10% off anyway which was so sweet. She’s a 100/10 salesperson and so sweet. We bonded over her kid and her past in childcare because my friend and I are both childcare teachers and when she cleaned my friend’s bracelet we joked about how you never know what you pick up taking care of kids. She was super cool and super helpful.
