My purchase was very successful

The store was busy and they were taking names on a sheet of paper. I was looking at merchandise In a cabinet with friends and couldn’t hear the associate calling my name because the store was full. The manager then SCREAMS my name as loud as she can and startled everyone in the store and proceeds to say “we’re calling your name you need to come up here!” In a VERY rude tone. Very embarrassed and red, I looked at my friends and we were all shocked at the severe unprofessionalism of the manager. When I went up to the associate I asked her “is the manager always this rude?” She said “no it’s just been a busy day, and we called your name and you wouldn’t reply.” Had I not needed to get a gift that day I would’ve walked out of the store. I will not be revisiting this store in the future and I sincerely believe the manager and associates need to be talked to on how to carry themselves in a professional manner within the pandora storefront, and have better customer service skills. I understand they were busy but the whole situation was very downgrading and Demeaning to a customer in front of other in store guests.
