Matisan S was very Rude being a first timer at Pandora I will not be back thanks to her rude customer service

I was returning a ring that I purchased at Christmas for my daughter. It was a gold ring but it turned almost completely silver and had lost a clear stone. The girl who waited on me repeatedly questioned that it was even a Pandora ring and that I had bought it with them. She asked why the stones had turned blue and repeatedly said that it was not a gold ring. She finally took it over to manager who indeed confirmed that it was a Pandora ring and that it was gold.

When I came to the location I already had in mind what I wanted to purchase I receive regularly emails from Pandora so I was extremely interested in the new Alice in wonderland collection me and my sister entered the store we was approached by the associate I told her what I was looking for and as I started to ask her questions about the collection she gave me the impression that she didn’t even care and she didn’t even care to have the knowledge to help me make the purchase. The way she handled the whole entire situation was just dissatisfying. I regularly visit this particular location the manager I have dealt with on many different occasions to me is the best one the best associate in the store I don’t remember her name but she has blonde hair and she has black glasses. The associate that I dealt with on this particular visit was not helpful at all after I picked out the items that I wanted and proceeded to pay for my purchase she couldn’t even take my debit card out of my hand and swipe it across the machine she just threw the machine at me and told me to go ahead and have a dog

Today I went to the Pandora location to return an item that was extremely too small I waited in line for over 2 1/2 hours I do not understand why this particular location do not have the check in option I do not understand why this particular location does not have a time limit I felt as if the sales associates could have speed up the time a little bit so that everyone had an opportunity to go in and out the store some of the stores associates came off is if they were overworked and didn’t wanna be there

The sales associate was very rude. She wasn’t very helpful and seemed to have a bad behavior. Although I did purchase a ring I want to take it back because i feel as if though I was being rushed out of the store and was in a hurry to make my decision by the sales associate.

There was supposed to be a 50% sale and the selection was very low everything I selected was not on sale the rose collection was barely available and to think about it I had to stand outside the store and wait my turn for that.

The store was practicing social distancing. The sales associate disinfected area before I was assisted. Sales associate friendly and helpful.

Each time I come to this store I am nor greeted when I enter and have a hard time being put on a wait list. Additionally, my sales person could not spell my zodiac sign and struggle until finally admitting and asking how to spell it.

I went in order to buy some charms. I had to wait in line for over an hour just to walk into the store. Then I had to wait another hour in the store to be helped. The computer system wasn’t working. There were no employees to help on a super busy shopping day. One employee sat on the phone the entire time I was there. Another was just standing there cleaning bracelets. I find it ridiculous when they knew they were gonna be this busy, they were not prepared to be busy

The lady was just rude. My daughter came in there for earrings but started to admire rings. The lady gone say didn’t you come in here for earrings. Stay focus. What!!! She spend her money how she likes. She was totally out of line
