The associate was not friendly and acted bothered the entire experience. I tried to make small talk to maybe ease the tension but she was not pleasing at all. Her customer service was not up to par. She did not greet upon entering the store and took close to maybe 5 minutes before walking over to acknowledge me and offer assistance. Her attitude was horrible along with her customer service. I didn't appreciate that at all especially when I've spent hundred of dollars at that store alone!

Jenna was not professional or friendly! She had an attitude at the beginning on the transaction. I asked to see love charms and she just pointed to the try.

I purchased an item the day before this at your somerset collection store in the mall. Great experience. I decided the next day to return it for private reasons. I had to wait over an hour outside the store. Now, waiting wasn't the problem. The sales associates were ridiculous. At one time, only one of the associates was helping a customer, the others, were talking, wiping the counter, straightening folders. Going in the backroom. Everyone in line was extremely upset about all of this. When I finally got in, asked about it, she just said we are short staffed. Really, I counted at least 5 staff, and only one of them could help someone, while the others did things you should do when the store doesn't have a line of 50+ people? Totally unprofessional, and management should take note. I will make sure everyone I speak with knows how pandora treats their customers. Never again will I buy anything from you. I will take my business elsewhere. So, uncalled for. I figure it doesn't matter to a corporate store anyways. Anymore who cares about the consumer.

This stores associates were very rude. They told me something was not onsale for the Black Friday sale that actually was. They also hide their nametags so you cannot see who they are. Although I’m sure it was sadly the manager that was trying to start an argument.

When I walked into the store I looked around for a bit and picked out the 4 stackable rings that I wanted and let the sales associate know that I was ready and she told me she would be with me in a minute. When she came to help me, I was trying to show her the rings that I picked out and she would not come over to look at them, I had to pick them out off of a big board and she appeared to be very aggravated or bothered to be helping pick rings. I asked to check my size and she basically threw the metal ring sizer down at the counter for me to use. I have never had this experience at pandora before and I am extremely disappointed with my service and the rude attitude that the employee gave me. I will be returning to pandora if this is how sales associates treat customers.

Sales associate wasn’t very helpful at all. She appeared to be racist. The assistant manager assisted me and I made a purchase with her. She was very friendly and helpful. Because of the other associate I was dealing with, I will NOT be back!

The sales representative had a very bad attitude. I asked her to show me jewellery put up on the display and she was asking me what kind it was rather than bringing it from the display herself. My husband had to go back and forth to get details of the product I liked by clicking pictures. Finally I liked a few products after this delayed reluctance in making efforts to barely show me the products. I don't think she was knowledgeable to give me details when I asked her about the stones used. After I asked her to show me the billing of items, she didn't and just said that I have discount on 3 items. I immediately made a return on a pair of earrings I bought, as I didn't see the worth in spending my money on this bad attitude. I wouldn't have bought any product from this woman at all if I had the option. But because it was my Birthday, I didn't want to storm out in a bad mood so I let it go and just bought the bracelet. This kind of horrible attitude is not acceptable and I hope nobody gets to experience such representatives. This was the first time I visited your store and the impression I had makes me reluctant to enter any stores run by Pandora.

My sale person was totally rude and unprofessional she was not involved in my transaction at all, she slammed the drawer to the merchandise and not engaged in my needs at all, she didn't thank me or anything, I really don't know what her problem was. I work in retail, so I know how good and bad customer service can be, she was awful and my experienced at that location was unacceptable, I think there is an opportunity for retraining at this location especially my sales person Jenna H.

The sales associate Jenna, was careless. She didn’t make us feel welcome. It felt like she just wanted us out. After we picked out the rings we wanted and I paid for them, my daughters put them on their fingers and she didn’t even give us a box for them or a bag. I actually had to ask her for the box and then she had the audacity to say well they put them on so they don’t need a box. She finally gave us a box and a little Pandora bag, rudely, and with sarcasm she asked “do you want the tissue too?” I’ll never purchase from this location again.
