I Rushed, not the same charms on line and the charms not available, I was not offered to see other charms and the cleaning machine for charms I was told it was broken.

My experience was very upsetting at the twelve oaks location, I will not be back. I was exchanging a charm I had bought recently and realized I already had it, the store representative I got after waiting patiently cause they were busy, was rude and when I explained to her I wanted to exchange she asked if I had a receipt I said I only had a gift receipt she didnit even respond to me walks away grabs her manager and isn’t even corresponding with me or telling me what’s going on, I asked am I allowed to exchange this with a gift receipt I then told her she could pull up my name I had just purchased it two Days ago she looked at me rolled her eyes and said no you don’t get what I’m doing. I said okay confused cause she never told me what she’s doing. She was basically annoyed with me and not responding when I asked her questions I simply said I’m not doing this can I please have another sales agent because she made me uncomfortable and was rude the manager named Gabbie said you don’t know what’s going on I am the manager and I’ve been here for 5 years she was exstreamly rude because she was upset I asked for Another agent never gave me another sales person was blaming me

The sales associate Jenna was extremely rude and rushing. She was slamming jewelry box on counter, told me the bracelet I wanted wasn’t good, midge Dee my relationship under assumption. She said the charm I wanted was going to rub off anytime I said what I wanted she rolled her eyes. I asked if I could see the difference in bravely sizing, she refused to show me at first, she didn’t mention any promotions. It just seemed as if I was a bother and she didn’t want to be there however that is not how you treat a guest, I started not to purchase the item however it was for a present I needed for the next day. I asked for the manager and she said she was one of them, I asked for another she said there wasn’t another. I asked when will another be in and she marched to the back and gave me a black card with no name or anything is said what time will this person be in and then she wrote a name down.

The customer service was horrible. It was two associates in the storm one helping a person while the other associate stood there doing something in the drawer while I stood there for over 15 minutes waiting for help.

This was our first time ever being in Pandora. I worked with Tracy H and she was absolutely amazing. She was very knowledgeable and was very helpful. We also got a stopper charm. We loved our experience and look forward to coming back soon. Thank you Tracy for making this such a memorable moment for my daughter and I.

I entered the Twelve Oaks Pandora location the 12th in hopes of getting my first Pandora Charm Bracelet. I always loved Pandora, but i do not now.I had my grandmother with me as she wanted to purchase a charm for the bracelet in honor of her. After waiting about 10 minutes browsing display cases, We were offered help by an employee. Unfortunately we did not see a name tag or any friendly introduction. She simply asked what we wanted, and did not seem to be interested in helping us at all. I stated I wanted a charm bracelet, and said how i had did some shopping around online and knew i wanted the "Moments" bracelet. She responded with absolute disgusts, saying "what other one would there be?' even though even I know there are three at Pandora. I expressed my excitement since I had been saving up to purchase this bracelet. She did not care. I even took part in the current promotion, in which she did not give me any help when asking questions about the promotion. The whole process which should have been special for me, was ruined as she was insanely rude to us and went as far as to laugh at my grandmother when she would ask what a charm says since she is hard of seeing. The Novi location is full of employees that lack the luster needed to take care of Pandora customers. I was very disappointed with my service. I settled in a piece of merchandise but won’t be going to this location again

My jewelry all ways turn black when trying to get it cleaned it still looks the same Cashier was not friendly at all and the manager was the same
