First of all I had to wait in the hallway for a nice amount of time and once I got in the store the sales associate wasn't nice at all and rushed me, after that long wait in the hallway

Since there was a promotion and it’s the Xmas season there was a line outside the store. A gentleman claimed he had a pandora credit card and was given priority. The rest of us had to wait even longer. I don’t think that’s fair to us who do not have a card or want one. Maybe they should have their own sales person. I didn’t appreciate having to wait as long as I did.

My sales associate didn’t offer much help I was very undecided and she just looked impatient. She didn’t offer any suggestions or ask any questions.

I came to Pandora knowing exactly what I wanted to purchase. It was during the buy more sale. I told the salesperson, she retrieved the charms but gave me a price that was higher than a previous jeweler I visited. I ask her why was there a difference for the same charms. Her response was to bad mouth the other jeweler who had referred their customer to this Pandora when they didn't have items customers were seeking. I did make a purchase but not what I originally planned. I came home looked up the charm I went on Pandora 's web site . It was the price the other jeweler quoted. I called this location spoke with a manager who apologized and told me the item was the price the other jeweler quoted and your website. Needless to say I didn't buy the items I wanted missed out on the sale and will be returning the item purchased.

When ever I go to this location, it seems like I get the MOST inexperienced sales person ever! They never know locations of items, prices, how to work the POS, you name it! Meanwhile the store is always staffed to the hilt with at least 5-6 other associates milling about. What happened to teamwork? Its so frustrating!!

The selection of merchandise was very poor and this seems to be a trend at Pandora. Shopped at your Tampa International Plaza and the size selection continues to remain poor. My daughter wants to buy a size 6 ring and continues to be told its on back order, going on 3-4 weeks.

I was being serviced. While my salesperson looked for an item, another salesperson came and stood in front of me and began to service a couple in the same space. It was extremely cramped and unnecessarily uncomfortable. There were other spaces available. My salesperson was a little surprised when she returned but never said one word.

The two sales associates I dealt with were not so friendly. I went in to purchase a clip for my bracelet and to get two bracelets cleaned. In stead they seemed agrivated by that. They kept trying to sell me more even though I said twice just one clip. I have never dealt with this in this store. Very disappointing and I left frustrated!!!
