A long line outside the store. No browsing is allowed; must have a sales associate at all times. The associate was loud and angry when asked why. 1 person left and another was not allowed to enter. No signage of rules.

The lead Saleperson was RUDE and short! When you spending a nice amount $$ and you the lead key holder of the store you need to treat everyone with kindness. If you having. Bad day stay in the back and do paperwork. I bought a charm for an engagement gift. Then I was going to leave then I decided on a gift card ..she sold it to me and just handed me the card no bag no tissue. Then i had to ask she just put in bag. I visited the Novi Michigan store...will not be returning to the location . #terriblelead

She was rude, unfriendly, unprofessional and even my 18 year old commented how unkind she was. She kept pointing at my receipts that I brought without saying a word. By that time I was not going to thank her for her help. She said you are all set and we left.

Spent a hour and half in line. There was 3 associates and two of the associates were helping the same guests the entire time we waited line and were still there when I was done.

Received an email for a free charm with the purchase of a bracelet. The same day I went to Pandora to purchase the bracelet and no free charm was available. The charm had been gone because long before I received my email

The product availability was very bad. She made me take a bracelet I didn't like cause it was in stock. The product I ask for wasn't what I got!!

Waited 1:30 hour before notified that Harry Potter not part of sale. Even though sales associate was asked if they had Harry Potter earlier but was not notified at that point not qualified for 35 percent off.

I went to the Pandora location in Twelve Oaks Mall in Novi, MI after being at the Pandora store at Tanger Outlets in Howell, MI. I completed the survey on the bottom of the receipt like I was asked to do upon leaving the Howell location. I was told that I could not use the $10.00 on this purchase because the store was having a promotion. The receipt does not have restrictions nor was i informed of this policy at either location. I spoke to the Assistant Manger in Novi and inquired about using the $10.00 off my purchase. I was told that it is is a policy and there is nothing that she could or would do at the time. I could use it a t a different time. I am an avid Pandora shopper and will reconsider any future purchases.

Sales associate told me the merchandise I wanted was not available in store and told me I have to call around to other stores to find it myself. I asked if she could call; another employee overheard our conversation and asked her to scan the item in their catalog and it will tell her which stores has the item, turns out the item was in the display cabinet. The employee was not willing to offer customer service; if the other employee hadn't overheard our conversation, I would have spent my day contacting stores and traveling to other cities to locate merchandise.

The representative was not friendly and helpful. The store was crowded and busy. Really didn’t like her attitude
