No one spoke to me when I came in the store, I stood at least 7 mins before someone acknowledged me although they were assisting other customers it doesn’t hurt to be acknowledged

The sales lady was very nice but pushy..after advising her I came i for 2 rings she kept pushing other items...whilr I know this is their job once a customer indicates they know what they want the pushy sales should stop..almost made me leave..then she tried to charge me 85 for a $65 ring..which she would have charged me for had I not pulled up the website and showed her the price was incorrect.

It is not that I was not satisfied with my experience, the sales associate was amazing and helpful, but other sales associates around we’re very overwhelming which resolved in me being overwhelmed while making my purchase. Also I walked in the first time and another sales associate was open and I walked over and she completely ignored me, but the second time I browsed and then the amazing sales associate that I worked with called me over very respectfully . Overall I had a basic experience. Some sales associates around me definitely made it chaotic. Thank you

I was not satisfied with my visit to the store this time. There was a group of customers that were dealing with an issue about their order and most of the sales associes were focused on them. The sales associate assisting me (Alexis) was so distracted that she did not get me all the charms I had wanted, and she did not add the charms to the correct bracelet I had asked her to put them on. Overall, I did not feel like a valued customer during this visit.

It was very busy so we had to wait a long time, so when they went to someone who arrived after we did it was very disappointing, luckily when I made a fuss we were waited on but the other person became nasty.

I did I pickup order and they gave me the wrong charm. So I am going to bring it back up there and tell them and hope they give me the right one.

Three sales associates only one customer ahead of me. No employee acknowledged me while I waited at the counter for help. They continued to put away merchandise. I would expect some to at least say hello, We will be with you soon or something. The customer service is disappointing. I would expect better. Thanks spent 275.00 on three charms. I would expect better service for a high end product. I haven’t shopped Pandora for a few years. I will not be back. These were gifts I purchased. I will be spending my money elsewhere.

The sales person was rude and not very helpful. She pretended to type my name in system and said my name not in system. After I spelled my name three times I asked her to turn the device around. I realized she was just randomly typing in letters and not really trying to find my name. When I asked her for a certain size she handed me a bracelet not even close to size requested. I was confused and asked her for measuring tape. She denied having one but I had seen one not long before it was my turn. She lied. Not sure what was wrong with her or why the attitude. I’ve always received excellent service at this location and all the others are always so friendly and helpful. Luckily I had some knowledge of product and was able to exchange bracelet for correct size. It was a gift for friend I the original bracelet I chose was to small. I left feeling confused and puzzled by her treatment torwards me.

The sale associate was unprofessional and did not provide any eye contact. She had an attitude as if I was bothering her. She acted as if it was a problem to clean my bracket and when asked to clean the charm I purchased; she did not do it.
