The first sales associate didn’t know how to process a exchange. The second sales associate was very rude and condescending. She made it seem like she was doing me a favor.

I was not allowed to see a case of charms she would only pull out what she wanted me to see. Never happened before

Had to go back 3 times to be served as a lot of people waiting..first 2 times would have been an hours wait..this is why I went on a weekday. Most of items I wanted were discontinued/ sold out. Salesman didn’t make any suggestions or offer to see if any were available online or at another store. Basically it was no we don’t have it.

The store had a system where they were taking people names to sign them in to help them the store was not crowded I guess the purpose was due to the sale. However I was over looked never called no one ever asked to help me when I mentioned it , I still was not helped right away but instead they reference back to their tablet and called several other names that was not in the store only to realize they clearly skipped over me. I visited this store many times in the past and this has never happen before poor customer service.

I had to wait outside Pandora’s store door at the mall for 90 minutes before I was allowed inside the store premises to get waited on. After about 45 minutes of standing in line I stepped inside the store to briefly take a look at a display case that was by the window - NOT the regular sales counter. I was told to leave the store and get back in line and that I was not allowed to look at anything until it was my turn. Finally, when it was my turn to get service I was rushed through the sales process. I literally got the bums-rush. Very disappointing to say the least! Not an experience I want to go through again any time soon.

To much of a wait to even get into the store. Store to crowded when i finally got in. To many items no available. Prefer to go to a different store for my Pandora products.

The sales associate didn’t give me a log if options on the amount of money that I wanted to spend. No suggestions what so ever.

Did not have the air ring I wanted. The sale associate that helped me was not very patient or friendly. The overall climate was not very inviting.

I went to the store to buy my neice a bracelet. The sales representative came up as I was looking at the new ones in front. I wanted to buy it and had to go on a waiting list until it came in. I have earrings that I purchased from Pandora and I lost one of the backs and she dated to go to another jewelry store because you dong have any.i got back around to my nieces bracelet and she didn't think they had the charm I wanted. She stated we sold out of 21 and we may be out of 16. Then thank GOD she found a 16.i had on a lot of Pandora sets and not my salesperson another one in the store came up to me and offered to clean it. Which was awesome but why didn't the one helping me with my purchase offer to clean it? Overall wasn't happy everything was out of stock. Last time there was a offer for a free jewelry box and they ran out of those also.So I only go once in a while because it's annoying.

I asked a couple of questions to my sales associate and she just brushed them off, didn’t actually answer them. She wasn’t very friendly either, just pulled the pieces and set them down on the counter. We purchased more that $100 in merchandise and did not feel valued as a customer. I have been a long time pandora customer and I was unfortunately turned off by this experience
