Keena the salesperson in the 12 oaks pandora store, that was supposed to be helping me but wasn’t very helpful at all. She’s not a very friendly person, not helpful when you ask questions, doesn’t really describe the charms or tell you about the selections, or sales that’s going on, she basically just wants you to pick something out and go, so she can get to the next customer. I’m dissatisfied with her lack of customer service skills. I don’t think customer service is the right field for her.

I purchased a necklace and a a bracelet and when I got home and award I put the bracelet on the next morning the bracelet broke the the clasp to the bracelet slid off

As I was waiting an associate walked past me twice and did not acknowledge me or ask if I needed assistance. The associate was assisted me after helping another customer her name is DJ was great. Very pleasant and helpful.

When i returned the bracelet the sales representative was rude. She seemed upset. I wanted to exchange but her attitude just made me return the bracelet and leave the store. All i wanted to do is get out of there. I was so excited that I’m finally picking out the bracelet that I always wanted but she made me hate the experience so i just asked for a refund and LEFT!! I’m a nurse i treat others with respect and kindness. I did not expect that type of treatment from a highly spoken of brand.

I am not satisfied with you this Pandora because the employee was very rude. She snapped on me multiple times and cut me off while I was trying to explain what charm I was looking for. She barely wanted to show me the charms.

I was looking for charms for someone and I am new to Pandora and I would ask to see charms but the employee seemed annoyed with me.

I lost 4 charms off my pandora bangle bracelet because the clasp was defective. I don't wear it everyday. I was able to find 3 of the charms because I either stepped on one, found one in my bedding, or found one in the kitchen sink (all on the same day). I am still missing a charm. I was told that there was nothing they (Pandora) could do about since it was out of warranty. These bracelets and charms are expensive. I have had Pandora bracelets for years that did not come apart. The manager said she would "tweak" it and it should hold. I am uncomfortable putting my charms back on this bracelet. It will now, just sit in my jewelry box.

I completely understand that wit COVID, things are a little different. But to only have 2 associates helping is uncalled for. There needs to be a way of saying, if you are unsure of what to purchase please counting to look while I help the next customer. 2 HOURS FOR 1 RING!
