The sales Associate wasn’t rude but she also wasn’t very friendly. Didn’t smile much and just kind of stood there. Other sales associates were more friendly and welcoming.

I was satisfied very satisfied I made a purchase from the store. I stopped in on my way from the apple store. Because there are other Pandora stores closer to my house I will most like not return to that store unless I am shopping at other stores in the mall

My experience was good, I just wasn't blow away by anything. I am not saying that is bad but I reserve "highly satisfied" for above and beyond experiences.

A sale associate was helping me then went in the back and the other associate make me feel like she didn't want to help me by not acknowledging me I had to keep asking can I see something and then she kept looking around for the other associated who went in the back and I had to ask her is she coming back and if not will she be helping me or what

There was just one sales associate in the store and she was polite but not friendly. She just gave what I asked, didn’t offered nothing. Not even a single smile.

I was greeted promptly which was nice by a believe a newer associate. Was told I would be waited on shortly which is acceptable. When I was ready to ask questions and look closer at the selections available another associate Julian I believe was her name made me feel rushed and like I was inconveniencing her with my decision process of asking questions and weighing my options. I subsequently had to leave to meet my Husband and asked when the store closed so that I could return in enough time to purchase the item I had decided on when I was reminded that gate promptly closed at 9pm. I did return and with great relief was greeted by the newer associate and waited in by her as well.
