My experience was satisfactory. It met my expectations. I wanted two replace charms my wife lost but they weren't available. That's why I wasn't highly satisfied.

A Highly satisfied experience would have been receiving a gold charm free with the purchase of classic goldK bracelet. But no such luck.

The sales associate never mention the survey to me. Today I made another purchase and the sales associate mentioned it to me. That day I made two separate purchases. She didn’t mention it either time.
