The store was small and my stroller wouldn’t fit through the walkway.

There should have been more items to look at instead of relying on the clerk to show you things. I had to go on line to see a good selection.

I am NEVER highly satisfied. I feel every thing has room for improvement. I was very pleased.

I was looking for rings in a particular size and was informed that store had no rings in the size I was looking for. I had seen several online in the size, reason for the visit.

Long lines and the unwillingness of some the staff to assist... The supervisor was kind

Consider to increase the size of the shop due to so many customers (for special Sale event and or Holiday).

Several associates standing around never offered any assistance and finally after waiting 5 minutes or so, someone decided to help

Due to the Christmas season I understand waiting HOWEVER the associate outside because we were in a line to wait to go in was unfriendly. She would make someone not want to return.

They were out of stock for the free gift available and out of stock of a few items i wanted

Not highly satisfied due to store not having merchandise in store in the catalog
