Good products and very nice from sale associates.

Out of 5 sales associates that were free to help me no one offered,I had to wait for one person to finish with her customer then she was nice enough to offer me her assistance. Charms were not easy to locate or the selection was not much to choose from.

I felt rushed, I couldn't look the way I wanted too because the associate wanted me to hurry so she could clean some jewelry. I felt she could've cleaned the jewelry and another associate could've helped me with my purchase. I just bought the merchandise that I had out already and didn't bother to request anymore merchandise because I just wanted to leave at that point.

The variety of the hobby charms should be expanded

Pandora stores are so small to move around comfortably. Just a little more space will make me highly satisfied on my visits. Also when buying jewelry from any pandora location they should offer to clean you jewelry

The store is overcrowded and most people are not buying but taking the assocoates’ Time. They are then rushing to get you to finish your purchase which does not make for a great experience. Perhaps a preferred customer program for those who buy frequently...

Very helpful from sales associates. Th e store may need to have a background music to be more enjoy able.
