Pandora Jewelry

I was satisfied with my experience considering it was extremely busy. Associates was organized and friendly.

I was upset because it was advertised a free jewelry box with 125.00 purchase. They stated ran out-and would not offer an alternative. Seems to me on a high purchase holiday (Mother’s Day) they would have been extra stocked. Felt like just advertised to get people in. I spent over 250.00-could have thrown in a couple cleaning kits after waiting in line so long just to get into store.

Expensive

There's no particular reason why I wasn't Highly Satisfied but I will say I had a much better experience at the Pandora store than at one of your jewelry stores that carry your line. I was impressed with the selection and packages available. Also, I was pleased with the customer service I received.

Because the store is small I had to wait in line out in the hall

i love when i go in , how welcoming they are. The willingness that help me find whatever i am looking for. Also the smiles that most pandora associates wear

Price too high Very limited stock on new items. Take too long for restocking.

Not too many new style of gold charms. Rose gold is changed color very fast. Need on sale event more obtain for gold charms.

I am a loyal customer of a local jewelry store that is an authorized Pandora dealer. Once in a great while I will go to my local Pandora store (Twelve Oaks Mall in Novi, MI) if it happens to be more convenient. The Twelve Oaks store is clean and there is a nice selection, but I just don't feel the same warmth from the sales associates that I do at the other jewelry store. In past visits, I have felt rushed to make a selection. On this occasion, the associate was kind and I didn't feel rushed- but I did feel that I was being pushed toward the more expensive pieces, which didn't necessarily suit what I was looking for that day. I spend thousands of dollars on Pandora, and will continue to visit the jewelry store where they treat me with the utmost care and attention.
