It was busy and I wasn’t told to sign in and the lady started to proceed to help someone else and I said no I’m next, so I was help but the sales lady seemed irritated by me but by the end of the sale more friendly, for I sent 1100 on charms! Ok experience

Very attentive, helpful, and very quick cleaning both my bracelets. Thank you Novi twelve oaks for your prompt and courteous service. My bracelets look brand new again. Even with the 3 I purchased you cannot tell the new ones from the old.

Not enough sales associates. I had to wait until a sales associate was available in order to see earrings. Sales associate was friendly but I didn’t like waiting

It takes an associate a long time to locate specific sized rings. Why can’t they all be in a central location?

I did not like the way that I was able to browse the charms. It wasn’t simple to glance at all of them. I had to ask for assistance each time to see a new tray of charms and the sales lady seemed annoyed with me. Also, I always notice that when I enter a Pandora store it takes sales associates a long time to ask me if I need help. This is annoying in a store like Pandora, because everything is behind the counter.

My sales person wasn't warm and friendly at first, she gave me the impression that I couldn't be trusted with the merchandise. If it wasn't the last day of the sale I would have politely excused myself an returned a later day.

The only problem that I actually had was that the bracelet I received was the wrong size but not at all Pandora’s fault. I Just didn’t know the size I actually needed other than that I was pretty satisfied with my experience.
