The staff is wonderful but the store seems understaffed. The line was long but not super long. The wait to make it to the front of the line was about 20 minutes (5 people ahead of me), another 10 minutes to get into the store.

The sales associate seemed bothered. She was a bit rusty. She was busy with others.

There was a long line to get into the store (Dec. 26) and we were unable to peruse the store to look at bead displays. We were directed to the counter and helped by a courteous salesperson. I would have liked to look at the beads without the pressure of purchase decisions right away.

Store manager helped me and didn’t seem to know merchandise very well. It took a very long time for the exchange.

There was a line to get in. Although it didn't have anything to do with Pandora, it negatively affected my experience.

Long wait to enter the store. Didn’t feel as if I could browse the store, had to go straight to the sales clerk. Not the friendliest clerk

The store was a little small, the aisles were small if someone had to pass by. The selection was a little limited but I was very happy over all.
