They have awesome customer service. The lady that assisted me was very knowledgeable with what I needed. The store was very clean and had good order.

Had to wait on list to be seen only 3 associates working.

The store was not busy upon arrival. I was not acknowledged and another customer was serviced before me.

They did not have one of the rings that I wanted in my size. It was extremely busy. It took a long time to be helped.

I went in to purchase items that I verified online as available at this store. I even looked up the items in real time right in front of the associate and it still said available, only to be told they were not. I could have saved my trip to the mall and ordered all my items online. That way I would have actually got what I wanted.

I love this store all the ladies are usually nice and accommodating but my last visit wasn’t like that!! This was not rude but she didn’t seem like she wanted to help me and my boyfriend at all... It never took at least 15 mins for someone to at least greet me.

It was just a very busy day in that particular store, so waiting was a little off putting but once our name was called it went very well.
