Was told I had to wait in line before I can get in the store. When I got into the store two people behind me that waited on before me. Just did not have enough sales people working

This is the first time I went into pandora and felt the the salesperson was forcing a purchase on me . Never had that happen before when shopping at pandora. Other than that I love pandora and will always shop there!

The sales associate was either new and/or unaware of inventory. Had I not had pictures of what I wanted she would not of made the salw E.

The associate insulted my fingers and it made me feel as if I didn’t belong in the store trying on the rings. It made me feel bad and I just wanted to get out of there

Another customer in the store was rude and made me feel rushed since she was waiting for help and was impatient.

I was hoping to find a patriotic piece, such as, the american flag, lady liberty or a red, white and blue bauble. A friend has just been sworn in as a U.S. citizen and I wanted to celebrate her. The salesperson did indicate that there was a piece with stars and stripes, sunglasses with the flag and fireworks, which I did purchase and I am happy with it. However, I hope in the future you could add a few patriotic pieces to the collection. Otherwise I was highly satisfied.

The salesperson wasn’t really knowledgeable about how to process a new credit card request. We were there for a long time, she may be new but she was very nice.

Came in to purchase a ring. Very small selection of size 10. Associate showed me what did come in 10 and selected from there, but very small selection

Wait was too long. I waited almost 45 minutes for my turn .It defeated the purpose of discounts if so much time was wasted for wait time .
