The sales associate was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they didn't have the exact charm that I wanted to purchase because it was retired, but they did tell me where to go to get that charm. The charm selection was very extensive.

I had already went online and selected my charms and they were in stock. My salesperson Jennifer was very professional and patient with me. I took my time because the store was not crowded and I wanted my first purchase to be a good start with your collection.

The sales lady (Barney) who helped me was outstanding! She cleaned my bracelet and while we waited we picked out different charms. When my bracelet was clean she put the charms & spacers on it in different orders showing me different options. She was fun, personable, and made the whole experience very enjoyable. The store is very nice but she is one of the main reasons I would return to that particular store.

Hello, the sales lady CARLY P was very attentive from the moment I walked in the door. Carly P was very friendly and pleasant (this shows she likes her job). Carly P was very knowledgeable of the bracelets I was looking at. Carly P was not pushy with product and I can see she truly enjoyed helping me make a selection even though I took quite a bit of her time up. I also noticed that all salespeople were patient and pleasant.

The bracket I got does not have many charm selections. I purchased link bracket and got the charms but I needed a smaller size...

I was highly satisfied with my visit; On one note, I came in to have my beloved Daughter's bracelet cleaned and there was a charm left in the cleaning machine. It was further discovered after I arrived at home. I did call the store and luckily it was set aside waiting to be called upon. I did return to the store that evening to pick it up and the associate that waited on me was kind enough to give me a clasp opener for my troubles.
