Haley, my sales associate, was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable about product and policy. She solved my problem and made me feel appreciated as a customer. She completed the transaction quickly without making me feel rushed.

The associate was very friendly, helpful, and assisted me with a problem that I had addressed previously with another associate and was told there was nothing that could be done

I came in with a list of charms and Haley was very quick to pull each piece for me.

My mom and I visit this location for the annual Black Friday event and for her birthday in February. She is in a wheelchair and Gena took great care with her and I making sure she got exactly what she wanted. Highly recommend this location.

As soon as I walked into the store, I was greeted by employee Gena. I was interested in Christmas charms and Gena showed me all of the new ones. I also was interested in the Rose gold Christmas angel and she immediately brougt it out so that I could see and touch it. She introduced me to the other staff, also. What a great shopping experience. I will be back.
