I was shopping for my a christmas present for my wife. The sales gal wasn't very helpful. Her attitude was don't wast my time. I went in a a slow time. I normally find the sale people very helpful. It seemed like she didn't care to help and see if I purchased an item before. This was the first time I felt like I wasn't welcome to shop in the store.

Associates did not acknowledge when I was browsing. The charm I was interested is on the in store advertising (large mural) and yet is not available. I had to ask the associate to clean the item I bought since it was the last one and was clearly oxidized, and she appeared annoyed.

I felt like I was being pushed to purchase set when I was just looking for the bracelet. And when I did decide to get a bracelet and a few add ons the sales woman looked annoyed at my taking time to decide which charms I wanted.

The sales associate was not friendly at all. Very dry and seemed bothered to be there.

I was disappointed in the amount of inventory they had.

I was about to purchase a new charm and there was some confusion about what the listed price was and what the actual price was. Beyond feeling like I was being judged or questioned as far as the authenticity of my previous bracelet purchased, the lack of cooperation with the staff to rectify the situation as far as the confusion on the pricing of a charm I was interested in was and still is offsetting and upsetting to myself and my wife. The charm was priced, and should have been honored at that price. Regardless of the circumstances on whether it was or wasn’t incorrectly priced, we both felt as if there should have been more done to complete the sale opposed to creating an awkward situation.

There were two groups of people in the store being serviced when I arrived. One with two adults, and another with two adults, one child. I was told to step out of store because only five people were allowed in the store at a time. I would understand if they were using social distancing and there wasn’t enough room but they weren’t. No one was standing in the 6 marks and their was plenty of room. Then it took 30 minutes to be let in the store.

It is not the fault of the store, however there were major issues when it was time to check out. Maybe give them more Ipads or a better software system I waited over 20 minutes just trying to check out.

Would not take a check! My husband said he would not be back. What if we had not had another way to pay? Would you have let us walk out the store and lose a sale? Most stores now a days have a system where the customer signs the check and it goes though the register and given back to the customer. Please get with the times! That’s the only reason he will not be back.

The sales associate was extremely cold. She acted as if it were a bother to assist me. Her demeanor was very unpleasant, and she barely squeaked out a "thank you" after my transaction was complete.
