My salesperson Rafka was exceptional! She was courteous, easy to talk with regarding my needs related to charm selection, as this was a special trip and wanted a special memento to mark the occasion. Rafka exemplifies and embodies the true essence of customer service! I have to say, this is my first visit to Miami FL and have not been impressed at ALL with customer service here in Miami; but Rafka changed my mind on that! She is awesome! Please make sure this information is considered when providing her an increase for her annual raise.

My sales person Rafka made my experience of purchasing charms for my new braclet an absolute joy. She was knowledgeable, funny, pleasant, and absolutely awesome. If I lived in Miami I would visit that location just because of her.
