Came to the store with my daughter to get her, her 1st bracelet due for being a 1st time mother. My sales person was really helpful Rafka was patience with us and knew deep knowledge of the product. She knew what we wanted and even talk about her son. This was the 1st time I had good customer service from Pandora. We end up buying for my daughter and myslfe. She was really helpful.

The store manager Ivette went far and beyond to assist me. She knows the product and exemplified this to perfection. I entered the store to attempt to get minimal recourse and left a more dedicated customer than ever.
