I was visiting Miami from Texas. We went to see Miami Beach. While therewas not looking for the store but happened to see it and decided to go in. I was greated by a sales associate and I asked her for the “Florida” charm and she immediately presented the two charms! I purchased one of the charms for the bracelet I was wearing and the associate not only put the charm on my bracelet, she also balanced all my charms and cleaned my bracelet!

The customer service that I received from Angela was absolutely AMAZING!!! This was my first time buying the accessories for a Pandora bracelet. She looked up the bracelet and explained spacers, charms etc....She even advised us there was specific charms for every state/region. She has me SUPER excited about buying additional charms for my mother when I travel. It beats the coffee mugs, t-shirts and shot glasses I normally come back with!! Angela’s EXCEPTIONAL customer service has me hooked on Pandora!!
